Group Coaching
Intimate small-group leadership coaching sessions offered for Business leaders, managers and supervisors. Six-month cohorts are held once per month and are capped at 10 people. Receive expert guidance, peer support and real accountability. Hosted in-person in Roseville, CA.
What this looks like
Group leadership coaching is for people who lead others at work or in the community and want expert support without the time or budget for a private coach. Whether you are a new manager handling tough conversations for the first time or an experienced team lead facing a new challenge, you will work through real situations alongside professionals who understand what you are dealing with.
The program runs for six months, with one 90-minute session each month, in person in the Greater Sacramento region. Groups are capped at 10 participants, so everyone gets time to bring their challenges, get feedback, and leave with practical next steps. I facilitate every session and hold the group accountable, so the skills you build actually stick.
