About Marcie
I work with leaders of small and midsize businesses and nonprofits who are stuck, stretched, or building something they can sustain: coaching, facilitation, and a conversation that starts with the problem, not a package.

Marcie Shelton
Strategic Leadership Advisor
A different path, on purpose.
I am a mom, an entrepreneur, and a Strategic Leadership Advisor. After more than 20 years in corporate Human Resources, I founded The Leaders Partner to help organizations move from depleting cultures to regenerative ones.
Leaders often come to me when they are at a crossroads: rapid growth, a cultural shift, or a way of working that still "works" and is quietly unsustainable. I help turn those moments into a clearer way of leading, with solutions that last.
My work sits in both strategy and human connection. Strong organizations are not built through rigid structures or quick fixes. They are built through intentional leadership, honest dialogue, and progress people can actually keep.
I have a bachelor's degree from Purdue and a master's in HR from Villanova. I volunteer with the local Chamber of Commerce and various other non-profits in the community. When I am not with clients, I am usually hiking, gardening, or with my family, drawing lessons from the natural world.
