The Leaders Partner is based in the Greater Sacramento region of Northern California. I meet local leaders face to face, and I work with organizations across North America on Zoom.

Local work happens in person when it helps: a coaching conversation, a facilitated offsite, or time away from the office. Local in-person sessions can happen over coffee or even outside: walking, hiking, or even paddleboarding or golfing.
Routine conversations can happen on Zoom, even when you are a short drive away. We pick the format that fits the problem, not a default calendar hold.

If you lead a small or midsize business or nonprofit in one of these places, we can meet locally. This is a home range, not a hard fence: if you are in the Greater Sacramento region, or a reasonable drive from it, ask.

A consultation first
Every engagement starts with a conversation about the problem you are trying to solve, and whether we are a fit. That meeting is almost always on Zoom.
For leaders
Coaching, 360 assessment and group work can be local and outdoors, or fully virtual. The method does not change with the map.
For organizations
Facilitation, talent strategy and retainer partnership happen in the room when you are nearby, and on video when you are not.

Do I need to be in the Sacramento area to work with you?
No. In-person sessions are for the Greater Sacramento region. Most of the work can happen on Zoom with leaders anywhere in North America.
Where do in-person sessions actually happen?
Often outdoors around the Greater Sacramento region, or at a location that fits the work. We decide together. Consultations usually start on Zoom either way.
Can a whole team join if we are not local?
Yes. Facilitation and group coaching are designed to work on video as well as in person. Geography is a logistics question, not a qualification.
